Town Hall Meeting on SPLOST 8
The Chatham County Board of Commissioners will be hosting town hall meetings within their districts to discuss the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST). The Commissioners will be asking for resident input to develop the SPLOST 8 project list.
Green Island Road Path Town Hall Meeting
Chatham County Chairman Chester A. Ellis will host a Town Hall meeting to discuss the Green Island Road Path project Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 6 p.m.
Chatham County District Attorney's Office Offers Survivors Series
As part of Chatham County District Attorney Shalena Cook Jones’ Survivors Series recognizing victims of violent crimes, the DA’s Office will be helping local citizens learn responsible gun ownership. Citizens are invited to sign up to take a gun safety class being held at Savannah Tech on Thursday, April 24th from 6:00pm-8:00pm inside the Eckburg Auditorium.
